Admission & tickets
What is included with admission?
Your admission ticket covers both festival days, January 15–16, 2027, with access to the music stages, art experiences, and food and vendor areas. Camping, RV camping, parking, and VIP upgrades are sold separately. Food, drinks, and merchandise are separate purchases.
Are there single-day tickets?
Electric Wonderland is offering two-day admission only. We are not selling single-day passes.
Do different admission tiers include different experiences?
Blind Presale and GA tiers are different price tiers for the same two-day general admission experience. Check the ticketing page for the current tier, pricing, and availability.
Does a VIP Upgrade include admission?
No. A VIP Upgrade is an add-on and does not include festival admission. Each guest using VIP must also have a separate admission ticket. You may purchase the upgrade alongside admission or upgrade an admission ticket you already own.
What is included with VIP?
VIP includes access to VIP-only areas, private bars, and climate-controlled restrooms. Food, drinks, and merchandise are separate purchases. A VIP Upgrade does not include festival admission, camping, or RV camping.
Where can I buy tickets?
Purchase passes through our official TicketSpice page. Available options include Admission, Camping Add On, VIP Upgrade, Parking Pass, and RV Pass.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are nonrefundable, and Electric Wonderland is a rain-or-shine event. Review the complete terms presented during checkout before purchasing.
Camping & RVs
What is included with the Camping Add On?
Stay in the Wonderland. Add camping to your festival experience and make Hidden Oaks your home for the weekend. This pass is for one car camping spot.
This add-on does not include festival admission. Each camper must have a separate admission ticket. Camping guidelines and check-in details will be shared before the event. Ages 21+.
Does everyone in my campsite need admission?
Yes. Every camper must have their own festival admission ticket. The Camping Add On covers one car camping spot; it does not replace anyone’s admission ticket.
Are tents or camping supplies provided?
Plan to bring your own camping setup and supplies. The Camping Add On is for a car camping spot, rather than a furnished tent or glamping package.
What is included with an RV Pass?
Bring your home on wheels to the Wonderland. This pass is for an RV staying in the designated RV camping area. Primitive sites only, no electric or water hookups.
Festival admission is sold separately and required for each guest. RVs may not leave and re-enter during the weekend. RV requirements, arrival instructions, and available amenities will be shared before the event.
Are there electric or water hookups for RVs?
No. RV sites are primitive and do not include electric or water hookups. Plan accordingly and check the final arrival guide for RV requirements.
Can camping vehicles or RVs leave and re-enter?
Camping vehicles and RVs may not leave and re-enter during the weekend. Plan to bring what you need before checking in.
When can I check in, and when do I need to leave?
Camping check-in and check-out times will be shared before the event. Thursday early arrival is not currently offered on the ticketing page.
How large are campsites, and how many people can stay in one?
Campsite dimensions, occupancy limits, and vehicle requirements will be included in the camping guide before the festival. For questions about your setup, contact info@electricwonderlandfest.com.
Will there be showers, drinking water, or other campground amenities?
The campground amenities list is still being finalized. We will share confirmed facilities before the event. RV sites do not include electric or water hookups.
Allowed & prohibited items
What is allowed at my campsite?
Bring your own camping essentials. These items are for your designated campsite; the stage-area rules below are more restrictive.
- Tents, sleeping bags, blankets, pillows, and sleeping pads
- Canopies and camp chairs for your designated campsite
- Coolers, food that does not require cooking, and nonalcoholic drinks in non-glass containers
- Water bottles, flashlights, battery-powered lanterns, and portable phone chargers
- Warm layers, rain gear, toiletries, sunscreen, and insect repellent
- Trash bags and supplies to keep your campsite clean
- Outside alcohol, per car: one pack of beer or seltzer and one box of wine. No glass.
What is allowed in the festival grounds / stage area?
Keep your stage-area setup light and ready for entry screening.
- Your admission ticket or event wristband and valid government-issued photo ID
- Phones, portable phone chargers, and hearing protection
- Inflatable couches, only in approved areas. Attendees using them outside approved areas will be asked to move or deflate them.
- Empty reusable water bottles and empty hydration packs, with no glass
- Small bags up to 12 × 12 inches
- Sunscreen, insect repellent, rain ponchos, and weather-appropriate clothing

Which items are prohibited throughout the event?
These restrictions apply to guests in the campgrounds and festival grounds.
- Glass containers, bottles, and other glass items
- Camping stoves, grills, cooking fires, campfires, candles, and flame-based props
- Illegal drugs and unauthorized sales
- Weapons, imitation weapons, knives, and defensive sprays
- Fireworks, explosives, airborne lanterns, and fuel-burning torches
- Portable generators and loose fuel containers
- Gas cylinders, including recreational nitrous or helium tanks
- Drones, handheld lasers, and amplified sound systems
- Aerosols other than sunscreen or insect repellent
- Pets; service animals are welcome
- Bikes, skateboards, self-balancing boards, motorized recreation vehicles, and golf carts
- Spray paint and unapproved promotional distribution
- Spirits, kegs, or alcohol above the stated allowance
For approved RV onboard equipment, accessibility needs, or authorized vendor and production equipment, contact info@electricwonderlandfest.com before arrival. This list is for guest packing; vendor and production requirements must be arranged with the team.
What additional items are prohibited in the stage area?
The event-wide prohibited list also applies inside the stage area. In addition, leave these items at your campsite:
- Outside alcoholic beverages, food, and filled drink containers
- Bags exceeding 12 × 12 inches
- Professional recording gear, tripods, and selfie poles without approval
- Camp chairs, hammocks, and umbrellas
- Balls or other throwable play items
Authorized performers and media must arrange equipment approval with the team. Keep paths and crowded areas clear.
Can I bring an inflatable couch into the festival grounds?
Yes. Inflatable couches are allowed in the festival grounds, but only in approved areas. Attendees with inflatable couches outside those areas will be asked to move or deflate them. Follow the team’s directions about where to set up.
How much outside alcohol can I bring?
The outside alcohol allowance is per car, for your campsite:
- One pack of beer or seltzer
- One box of wine
No glass, liquor, or kegs. Outside alcohol may not be brought into the festival grounds / stage area.
Can I use a camping stove, grill, or campfire?
No camping stoves, grills, or fires are allowed. Bring food that does not require cooking. Do not bring fuel or flame-based lighting for your campsite.
Can I bring a generator?
Portable / external generators are prohibited. Contact info@electricwonderlandfest.com before arrival about an RV’s built-in generator or other onboard equipment.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome. Contact info@electricwonderlandfest.com with accessibility questions or accommodation needs.
Arrival & festival information
When and where is Electric Wonderland?
January 15–16, 2027 at Hidden Oaks Music & Arts Venue, 11275 County Rd 307, Navasota, TX 77868. Gate hours, music hours, and the arrival guide will be shared before the festival.
Is the festival 21+?
Yes. Electric Wonderland is a 21+ event, including camping. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID for entry.
Do I need a Parking Pass?
A Parking Pass is the option for weekend vehicle parking when you are not using a car camping spot or an RV site. Camping and RV passes cover their designated vehicle spaces. Festival admission is sold separately.
Can I leave and re-enter with a Parking Pass?
A Parking Pass includes one vehicle re-entry during the weekend. This does not apply to camping vehicles or RVs, which may not leave and re-enter. Pedestrian re-entry procedures will be included in the arrival guide.
When will the lineup and set times be announced?
Artist announcements will be shared as they are released. Set times and stage schedules will follow closer to the festival. Follow @electric_wonderland and check the website for updates.
What happens if it rains?
Electric Wonderland is a rain-or-shine event. Prepare for an outdoor festival and check the forecast before traveling. Follow the team’s official updates and on-site instructions if weather affects the schedule or event operations.

Get involved & protect the grounds
Can I apply to vend, volunteer, perform, or contribute art?
Yes. Visit our applications page for vendor, volunteer, performer, art, workshop, and media opportunities. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
What happens after I submit an application?
You will receive an application acknowledgment by email. Our team reviews submissions and will follow up about your application. If you need to update your information, reply to your acknowledgment or contact info@electricwonderlandfest.com.
What is Protect the Wonderland?
Help care for Hidden Oaks by keeping your campsite clean, using designated waste stations, staying within designated areas, and taking your belongings and waste with you when you leave.
Can I win prizes for turning in trash bags?
We are planning prizes and chances to win tickets to next year’s Electric Wonderland for guests who turn in filled trash bags. Collection locations, eligibility, and prize details will be announced before the festival.
